Of course we hope you will be delighted with your purchases once they arrive, however should you wish to return an item, please contact us via email on [email protected] quoting your order ID, name, address and the reason you'd like to make the return, as soon as possible.

Returns are required to be posted back to us within 14 days of receiving your order, and items must be sent back in their original, saleable condition with all tags still attached.

As we are a small business, we are only able to refund your return postage costs if your items are faulty. All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched.

Any items that are returned are done so at your own risk and expense; therefore we recommend using a recorded service as nest and nettle are not liable for the cost of any lost items.

Please note: due to Covid-19, we have to quarantine items for 72 hours before handling and inspecting the returned item(s). We will notify you by email once the refund has been accepted and processed. We will then return the cost of the item(s) through the original payment method.
